Summary
So the story begins after a year when Keshav and Saurabh had solved the Zara lone case. And have started a detective agency after solving the case and taking small cases. Saurabh has got a girlfriend from the metromonial site and Keshav now likes to spend more of his time in Tinder. The thing is common between Saurabh and his girlfriend and that is food.
The conversation between Keshav and Saurabh has now reduced and both of them are now separated. At the same time, Saurabh is now going to get married with his girlfriend, whose name is Prerna.
The Karva Chauth
As Saurabh and Prerna are about to get married, Prerna keeps fast for Saurabh in this happiness. Both of them are engaged and only 3 months remain for the marriage. When Saurabh comes to Prerna’s house and calls Prerna, then there is no response from her. He thinks she will be on the roof to see the moon coming out and he goes towards the roof. Even after reaching the roof, he cannot find Prerna anywhere, but when he looks down from the roof towards the ground, he finds Prerna lying down on the garden.
The Twin sisters
Only Saurabh is present in the spot, so the police take Saurabh and interrogate him, while Saurabh also calls Keshav there. The inspectors who are on here are Inspector Singh. Keshav tells Inspector Singh that you ask Inspector Rana about us, we have solved the Zara lone case with him. Inspector Singh says that Rana has now become ACP Rana.
ACP Rana says in this case to take Singh’s help to Keshav and Saurabh and says that both of them look stupid but these people will help you in solving such high profile case.
Now from here, both of them also start investigating the case. In the house of Prerna, one of her sisters comes from America who has gone to Kathmandu for tracking, whose name is Anjali.
Keshav and Saurabh start their work. And they first start with Prerna’s uncle Aditya. Their suspicion goes completely on Prerna’s uncle as Prerna’s ring is found. And they also know that they take drugs. The next day when the police comes to take Prerna’s uncle, they find him killed.
When the housemate’s inquiries are back on, Prerna’s mother tells that Prerna has another sister. And then the story goes in a flashback when Prerna’s mother was not married when he had an affair with a boy. The boy leaves Prerna’s mother pregnant. And the doctors discover that she is about to give birth to twins. Malhotra, who is now Prerna’s father, then forces Prerna’s mother to drop the child but Prerna’s mother refuses, then Malhotra says that he should keep one child and send another child to America.
The Real killer
When the investigation progresses, it is known that Praena’s father has a loan of 50 crores. And they also asked for money from Prerna. And they come to know that Prerna has a life Insurance of 5 crores whose nominee is also Malhotra. Keshav and Saurabh tell all these things to Inspector Singh and then the police take Malhotra.
Keshav knows that Malhotra will be released from his political connections and that is what happens. Between this, Anjali and Keshav also grow close and they both fall in love with each other. Keshav asks Malhotra to meet with everyone for this relationship and convinces.
When all the families come together and Malhotra asks what is the matter then Keshav says that I have come to know who is the real murderer. On hearing this, Anjali starts behaving strangely and Keshav tells that the real murderer is Anjali.
Anjali then confesses that she has killed her sister because Praena gets everything that Anjali never got. She says that all these people in India are living a luxurious life in a comfortable way and I never got anything. And then she tells that that’s why she hit Praena so that she gets all the attention.
The new journey
And then Keshav tells how he exposed Anjali. And again Keshav and Saurabh start living together. Keshav now starts preparing for IPS and says that he is tired of listening to someone’s order. He says that when I love this work, this is what I should do. And then Keshav leaves in his own path.

Insight/review
If you like to read the books of Chetan Bhagat, then this book will also impress you. In the book, you will get a whole lot of drama. Suspense is also plentiful. While reading the book, you will feel that you are watching a Bollywood movie. The end of the book will get the same suspense as the previous book.
However, if you read a lot of murder mystery, then the book will not surprise you that much, so if you like mystery thriller, then you do not expect much from this book. As you progress in the book, you will know about the climax before the book is over if you read the suspense triller book.
But if you are a new reader, then you are going to like this book very much. This book is also a typical Chetan Bhagat book like his other books. I personally did not like these things, at some places the spice had increased a bit. But you expect the same from Chetan Bhagat.
The language style of the book was simple. No difficult words to be seen. It is simple to read the books of Chetan Bhagat. That’s why it has become so popular among teenagers. Talking about character development. There are many characters in this book who appeared to play their own roles correctly. Enjoyed reading it.
